The Ilpeye Ilpeye community with their freehold land within Alice Springs municipality offers partnership opportunities. IIAC is pursuing commercial, social and cultural uses for urban Indigenous land and assets, such as:

• Medium to long term lease of multi-dwelling zoned residential land;

• Private home ownership, Affordable rental and social housing;

• Aboriginal housing, Alternative community and transitional housing;

• Other innovative Indigenous-held land based solutions.
